Do you know what deconstructed food is about?
Deconstructed food is the term used when a dish is served with an unconventional presentation and where the basic idea is to dismantle the dish down into its different ingredients. Every chef has usually his own interpretation of how to deconstruct the food and this is applicable to every recipe you can think of. This is for sure something different from what you’re accustomed to seeing.
Specifically, deconstructed food involves separating the components of a dish and presenting them together, but not necessarily mixed together.
