Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of vegetal oil
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate 70%

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave for a short time (only until it melts) and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix the sugar with the oil, then add the eggs and mix well. Incorporate the chocolate until well mixed.
  3. Finally, incorporate the flour and mix well.
  4. Greased and floured a baking pan of 20 centimeters and add the mix with the help of a spatula. Preheat oven at 180C. Bake 45 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick it comes out dry.

Tips

If you are going to bake cupcakes, prepared the cupcake molds and add the mix with the help of a measuring spoon. Preheat oven at 180C. Bake 10 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick it comes out dry.
