- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave for a short time (only until it melts) and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix the sugar with the oil, then add the eggs and mix well. Incorporate the chocolate until well mixed.
- Finally, incorporate the flour and mix well.
- Greased and floured a baking pan of 20 centimeters and add the mix with the help of a spatula. Preheat oven at 180C. Bake 45 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick it comes out dry.
