• 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 125 grams powdered sugar
  • 320 grams all-purpose flour
  • 85 ml. of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Cream the butter until white, add the sugar and beat together until well blended, then add the vanilla extract.
  2. Sift the flour and add it together with the milk to the other ingredients; mix well.
  3. Fill the disposable piping bag with the cookie mix. Use a swirl piping tip to give form to your cookies and place them in a prepared pan.
  4. Preheat oven at 160C. Bake 30 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.


You can decorate your cookies with colored sprinkles before or after baking them. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar, cover them with melted chocolate or join two cookies with jam.
